Welcome to September! The exciting announcement of the week is that our resident chardmonger and wordsmith is now a father! Clara Elizabeth Ottesen was born Sunday afternoon. So as Kai is somewhat busy this week I’m afraid that that’s about it on the newsletter front. No recipes this week, my abbreviated suggestions as to recipes would be: roast the beets, stuff the peppers, bake the potatoes, and eat the corn and nectarines. Hopefully that is enough to inspire you, if not then go forth to the interwebs, If it exists in the world, there is a recipe for how to cook it somewhere on the internet.
